フー・ビルト・ザ・ムーン?(Who Built the Moon?)  は、イギリスのロックバンド、ノエル・ギャラガーズ・ハイ・フライング・バーズの三枚目のアルバム。 2017年11月24日にSour Mashからリリース。[1] アルバムプロデューサーはデヴィッド・ホルムズ。[2]

背景[編集]

今作は「チェイシング・イエスタデイ」がレコーディングされて以降も進行していたが、ノエルは、インタビューでこのアルバムのセッション中にワールドツアーを行っている。2017年10月25日には、ソーシャルメディアアカウントを通じて、今作と英国とアイルランドのツアーを発表した。 コロンビアのDJであるAlejandro Marínとのインタビューで、アルバムのカバーの女性はノエルの妻であるサラ・マクドナルドだと明かしている。[3]

シングル[編集]

2017年9月に、"Holy Mountain"がアルバムからのシングルカットとなった。[4] 2017年11月17日には、"It's A Beautiful World"をリリース。 2018年4月6日は、"She Taught Me How to Fly"をサードシングルとして、2018年5月25日にリリース。[5]"2018年8月17日には"If Love Is the Law"をアルバムからの第4弾シングルとしてリリース。

コマーシャル・パフォーマンス[編集]

今作は、英国のアルバムチャート78,000枚を売上、全英1位を記録。[6]  オアシス、ノエルのソロと続いて、10枚目の1位を記録した。
